No, I can only provide therapy services to residents of states where I’m licensed. Currently, I’m licensed to work with clients in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

Before committing to therapy, I offer a free 15-minute consultation call for all potential new clients. During this call, we’ll chat about why you’re seeking therapy, I’ll share my approach, and you can ask any questions you may have. We’ll also discuss rates, insurance, and availability.

If we decide to move forward after the consultation, we’ll schedule your first therapy session. I’ll send you some quick forms to complete before we begin, and we’ll dive right in!

During our first session, I’ll ask you a range of questions to understand your journey and what you hope to achieve. Together, we’ll set goals and create a plan for therapy. My style is collaborative and non-judgmental, creating space for deep exploration, insight, and growth. Whether we’re processing difficult emotions or laughing through realizations, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

I typically meet with clients weekly for at least the first six weeks to establish a strong foundation. From there, we can adjust the frequency based on your needs.

My approach is solution-focused, so therapy is not meant to be forever. Many clients achieve their goals within 3-6 months. However, others choose to continue therapy for ongoing support, finding it a helpful space to process their thoughts and feelings.
